Thank you for hosting a World Day of Prayer service. Please complete this online evaluation form or download a hard copy that you can mail to our office.  We use the results from each evaluation to inform next year’s service and materials.

 

We will gladly accept evaluations and offerings after April 30, but submitting them by that date will allow us to include your results in the World Day of Prayer Journal.
